I bought the full game but it's locked

On the title, tap Full Game, then Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with. The purchase works on all your devices signed in to that account.

How far does the free game go?

Down to floor 6, with the Knight and the Barbarian. The full game opens floors 7 to 12 and the Lightless King, the Rogue and the Mage, the Smith's Fire, the Fourth Card, the Merchant's Secret, five harder nights and the endless dark. It's one purchase; there's nothing more to buy and no ads.

My scores and achievements don't show up

Leaderboards and achievements need Game Center: open Settings › Game Center and sign in. The game sends your scores when a run ends, and an achievement the moment you earn it. Anything earned while you were offline is sent the next time you open the game signed in.

Where is my progress saved?

On your device. Your deepest floor, the Hearth, achievement progress and a run you've left to come back to are kept there, and are included in your device's backups. Deleting the game deletes them. Your purchase is kept by the App Store and can always be restored.

A run I left is gone

A run is saved as each floor begins. Use Leave, and come back in the pause, and the title offers Go on to take it up from that floor's start.
